1. Function
Twin Roll Strip Caster is mainly used for research on continuous casting process of traditional steel sheet and difficult deforming alloy sheet. The equipment can directly inject liquid steel into molten pool formed by two casting rollers and side plates, and then cast a 1 ~ 4mm thick strip with the rotation of casting rollers. Besides the advantages of cost reduction, energy conservation, emission reduction and high production efficiency, continuous casting also has incomparable advantages over conventional production process of difficult deforming alloy sheet.
2. Technological (Equipment) Process
50kg vacuum induction melting → casting → Two-high cast rolling → cooling → cuttinng → data collection → printing report
