Technology (Safety) Rules
- Switch on main power supply on the right side of the device.
- Put the samples on the tray, and then put them into chamber. Pay attention to leave room between samples to prevent the interaction between samples.
- Check the water storage tank below the machine. Fill the tank with deionized water if there is water shortage. Then push it back.
- Tap POWER button on the control panel to start the constant temperature and humidity testing machine. When POWER indicator and displayed digits stabilized, the experiment begins.
- Press the RESET button to enter program settings. Enter the temperature adjustment interface. Press ENT to save the settings after the temperature was adjusted to the experimental temperature.
- Press NEXT to convert interface.
- Enter the humidity control interface. Press ENT to save the settings after the humidity was adjusted to the experimental humidity.
- After checking the experimental procedure accurately, press OPER. / STOP button to start the experiment.
- Press KEYLOCK to lock the operator panel to prevent accidentally hitting the button, which disrupt the operating procedures.
- After the experiment, empty the water tank to prevent scale deposit from clogging the pipeline for a long time without using.
- Switch off the power supply on the side of the machine. The experiment ends.
Attention: Be careful to open or close the chamber door, and avoid getting a burn. Non-operating personnel cannot open the side wall of the chamber nor freely change its internal circuitry.
