Operation Rules of ZQFS-1200 Cyclic Corrosion Test Chamber
- Sample loading and solution adding
- Hang the samples on turntable according to the requirement of test, and number them.
- Add the prepared etching solution to the solution tank; about 70 liters solution is needed.
- Add an appropriate amount of distilled water into the humidification water tank and condensate pipe, and connect the condensate drain to the wastewater barrel.
- During operation, please do not open the door or put your hand into the test chamber unless it is quite necessary.
II. Parameter setting and experiment
- Power on, and set parameters according to screen prompts
- Press the "Run the Program" and "Run the value" to set temperature, humidity, dial speed and other related parameters.
- After the parameter setting, press "Run" button to start the experiment. During the experiment, monitor the liquid consumption in solution tank, humidifying water tank and condensate water. Replenish in time.
- When the experiment is conducted to a certain period or needs to increase the solution, open the chamber door, take out the sample quickly and immediately shut the door. The door open time should be less than 2 minutes.
- Power off after experiment. Remove all samples and empty the solution tank. Wash the tank for two times.
