Operation Rules
- Switch on the main power switch, turn on stablized voltage power supply, and turn on the host power supply.
- Start circulating cooling water system, check various watches below the water-cooling machine panel, and make sure that the water- cooling system runs normally.
- Turn on X-Ray Diffractometer power supply, and wait for the machine to complete its self-test.
- Start the control computer, and operate D8 Tools software to check the machine status.
- Run XRD commander software to initializate the device.
- Pull the High Voltage knob in a clockwise direction for 3 seconds, and pressurize the equipment with high pressure.
- Correctly set the hardware and software test conditions of the instrument.
- Correctly place the sample to be tested, close the front protective doors, and test the sample.
- After testing, stop high pressure. After the cooling water flow drops to its lowest level, turn off the power of X-ray Diffractometer.
- Turn off the circulating cooling water system; cut off the main power supply.
