1. Function
Heat Treatment Furnace with Protective Atmosphere, with a highest temperature of 1380℃, has protective atmosphere of nitrogen and hydrogen; and its dew point can be adjusted. This equipment can meet the requirment of high temperature annealing process for oriented silicon steel. It also has a capacity of high-temperature solid solution heat treatment. Consequently, Heat Treatment Furnace with Protective Atmosphere has a wide research scope and reliabe properties.
2. Technical(Equipment) Process
Raise temperature → sample sizing and put the sample into the furnace → close furnace door → send protective atmosphere into equipment → adjust dew point (select) → set heating curve → heat treatment (automatic) → data collection → print data
