
Continuous Annealing Simulator for Silicon Steel
1. Function
Continuous Annealing Simulator for Silicon Steel is mainly used in intermediate annealing, decarburization, nitriding of oriented silicon steel, and recrystallizational annealing experiment of non-oriented silicon steel. Annealing furnace consists of three units furnace section, and atmosphere isolation device is designed in adjacent segments to avoid the mix of atmospheres from different segments. The equipment forms decarbonization, reduction and nitriding process section. The test machine can meet the demand of annealing study on silicon steel, especially the low-temperature heating of slab to produce oriented silicon steel.
2. Technological (Equipment) Process
In rolls or a piece of sample→cutting/cleaning→welding (selection)→building tension→setting annealing process → protective atmosphere adjustment → annealing / colding(automatic)→data collection→printing record
