CAS-200 Continuous Annealing Simulator for Strip Steel

1.     Function:

Based on the thought and method of physical simulation, CAS—200 Continuous Annealing Simulator simulates the process of heating, cooling, furnace atmosphere and other process during cold-rolled strip steel annealing. Therefore, the relationship between annealing process and microstructure and properties of materials can be observed, which promotes the development of cold-rolled product, the development and optimization of annealing process, and serves practical production.

2.     Technological(Equipment) Process

A piece of steel strip sample →cutting/cleaning →sample loading→ thermocouple welding →setting annealing process→ protective atmosphere adjustment →annealing/cooling (Automation)→ data collection→ printing report

Thickness: H=0.3~3.0mm

Annealing temperature: Tmax=1200℃

Temperature accuracy: temperature difference ≤±10℃(in the range of 300×300mm)

Heating rate:  maximum 50℃/s (sample thickness 1.0mm)

Cooling rate:  Maximum jet-cooling rate 100℃/s (hydrogen); maximum mist-cooling rate 600℃/s (sample thickness 1.0mm)

Protective atmosphere: Nitrogen and Hydrogen mixed gas, Hydrogen content (0~100%)

Sample Tension:  50~1000kg

Heating power:  150kW
