1. Function:
This reversing Cold Mill with Coiler is mainly used in thin strip rolling experiment on laping cold-rolled strip steel, and it has reversible roll function under various process, like high-speed, flat, technological lubrication and thin metal strip. It can be applied to experiental research on the development of new process, new equipment and new product of cold-rolled strip, as well as cold-rolling experimental equipment with small-lot production.

Technical (Safety) Operation Rules
- Composed of complex machine, hydraulic andcontrol system, the equipment must be charged by specially-assigned people while in operation. Pump stations, compressor, console should be checked before starting the power supply system. Never starting the machine without proper adjustment.
- Before formally starting the equipment, the operator shall carry out the following tasks first: opening the computer, equipment lubrication, technological lubrication, hydraulic power pack, pneumatic circuit, and check whether the mechanical drive is in normal state, if there is barrier in fornt of and behind the rolling mill, check the surface of the roll and make sure it is smooth.
- After the normal operation of technological lubrication, equipment lubrication and hydraulic system, the mill can be started.
- The head of steel strips with defects like folding, flash and break angular is not allowed to sent into the rollers.
- Rolling up, sending material, making steel strip throuogh rolling mills and other aspects must be achieved in order; ensure that the roll seam, thickness, tension and rolling speed be in accordance with the requirements for normal rolling.
- In the process of rolling, operators should stick to their working posts and observe the machine operation. Once accidents like belt broken occur, emergency measures should be adopted immediately to stop the mill.
- In the process of rolling, people are not allowed to stand in front of uncoiler and coiler to avoid being injured.
- Don’t put sundries on the operation stage. Don’t use tools to press on or crash the switch. Always keep the operation stage clean.
- After rolling, lift up rollers and restore all switches to zero.
10. After the test, clean up the working environment and complete operation records.
