Main application areas:

Adopting high-resolution CCD image acquisition system and image processing system, the equipment can automatically measure and analyze indentation. Technical (Safety) Operation Rules
- The machine must be charged by specially-assigned people. Without permission, never operate the machine.
- Before operation, check whether there is any vibration around the machine in case of effecting measuring accuracy.
- Plug in, turn on the main power switch and sub power switch. When the hardness tester is in operation, test mode menu will appear on the display.
- Confirm that the tower and the lift screw can move smoothly and steadily.
- Based on the sample being tested, select appropriate load and dwell time, and adjust the brightness of field of vision.
- Put the sample on X-Y stage, or place it on the holder first and then put on the X-Y stage.
- Observe through the eyepieces, turn the screw on both sides of the eyepiece, and press the reset button to adjust the zero point.
- Lift X-Y stage, focus, and select test points.
- After confirmation, press the start button to automatically load, load holding, unload; measure D1, D2, and calculate the hardness value.
- After experiment, cut off sub power supply first and then cut off the main power supply. Clean the working environment and cover dust shield.
