Operation Rules
- The machine is one of the costly machines, and should be charged by specially-assigned people. Without permission, never start the equipment.
- Read and get familiar with the operational data of automatic polishing machine.
- Before operation, check all aspects of the machine: the power supplies, water and gas circuits, and so on. Don’t start the machine if any abnormal point exists. Report the problem, adjust it, and then start the equipment.
- Different samples use different polishing materials. They need to be installed and replaced according to the principles.
- Properly install the sample. Set specific parameters according to the requirements of the sample, such as the number of revolutions, pressure and working time.
- While equipment is running, operators are not allowed to leave the working site. Once an accident occurs, the operators must stop the machine immediately and then solve the problem.
- After experiment, clean the equipment and working site; cut off water and gas circuits, and the power supplies.
