On August 4th, Yang Xiaoguang, the president of Huicheng Aluminum Co., Ltd. (“HALCO”) and Jiao Xinggui (Section Chief of HALCO) visited RAL. Academician Wang Guodong, Prof. Di Hongshuang, Prof. Wang Zhaodong and some other teachers welcomed the guests. The two sides exchanged information on aluminum casting, rolling, heat treatment and other key technologies. In order to enhance the corporation and fully exploit respective advantages, the two sides signed a contract for establishing a sound and steady corporation partnership.
The President of HALCO introduced the situation of the company. Under the background of aluminum alloy product homogeneous competition becoming increasingly fierce, HALCO dedicates to building the most competitive aluminum processing enterprise through independent innovation, structural adjustment, product processing and improving product's profitability. Meanwhile, President Yang put forward some common technical problems and hoped to enhance the cooperation between the two sides based on RAL’s industry-education-research integrated platform.
Academician Wang Guodong expressed heartfelt thanks for the enterprise’s trust. He said that RAL lab would actively support the development of HALCO, and would carry out a systemic cooperation with HALCO in the technology, equipment and products of aluminum processing and production. The Lab would help HALCO improve their innovation ability and take the lead in key technologies so as to achieve greater benefit for the enterprise. Meanwhile, Academician Wang hoped that through the cooperation platform, the two sides can work together for mutual benefit and win-win results, making contribution to the rejuvenation of old Northeast industry base and the healthy development of aluminum industry in our country.
Both sides agreed to discuss technical problems in the future for further cooperation.
