Compared with the traditional production process, the production cost is reduced by 35%, the fuel consumption of the production line is reduced by 95%, the water consumption is reduced by 80%, the power consumption is reduced by 90%, and the CO2 emission is reduced by 85%. The project is based on the results of domestic theoretical research in thin strip continuous casting technology for special steel products, and equipment technology, and will become the new coordinate in leading the industrial application of domestic cutting-edge technology.
