论文简要介绍:

A novel concept for accelerating spheroidization of high-carbon steels by   the addition of aluminum has been proposed in this research. The spheroidization process can be defined as two stages: breaking cementite lamellae and coarsening cementite particles. Aluminum enhances the spheroidizing temperature by increasing the austenite starting temperature, and refines the interlamellar spacing. The relationship of the annealing temperature and the interlamellar spacing with the two spheroidization stages is first established, and the mechanism by which spheroidization is accelerated by the addition of aluminum is explained.

 

        珠光体球化分为两个过程:1)打断渗碳体片层结构;2)渗碳体碎片的球化和长大。

        本研究提出了通过在共析钢中加铝的方法加速珠光体球化,并首次提出初始组织片层间距主要影响球化过程第1步;而球化温度更主要的影响球化过程的第2步的理论。

        基于此理论揭示了添加铝加速珠光体球化的机理:1)通过加铝细化珠光体初始组织的渗碳体片层间距,增大渗碳体表面积和缺陷,加速破坏渗碳体片层结构;2)通过添加铝提高合金Ac1温度而提高等温球化温度,加速碳与锰的扩散速率,加速渗碳体碎片的球化和长大。

 

论文学术意义

 

        提出了新的球化过程的理论,为珠光体球化研究提供了重要理论指导意义;提出了添加铝加速珠光体球化的技术可广泛应用到工具钢、轴承钢等应用领域。
