三、科研工作

谢广明,1980年生,黑龙江省兰西县人,东北大学数字钢铁全国重点实验室教授/博士生导师,本硕博毕业于哈尔滨工业大学,中国金属学会深加工分会委员、中国有色金属学会焊接与连接分会委员。中国冶金杂志编委,2020年获辽宁省优秀青年科学基金,2021年获江苏省双创人才,2022年获江苏省双创团队领军人才。

近年来,团队在汽车轻量化车身制造领域,聚焦薄Al-Si镀层热成形钢高效激光拼焊技术,成果连续3篇发表在焊接领域顶级杂志美国焊接学会会刊Welding Journal,相关技术成功用于激光拼焊产线,门环产品已批量用于长城、东风、理想等新能源车。另外,在钢铁冶金、石油化工、军工等领域,开展了先进高强钢、高强韧中锰钢、超高强装甲钢、低温容器高锰钢、高强管线钢等材料的焊接工艺开发、焊接冶金学研究、多场模拟等工作,以及各类钢铁材料的增材制造研究。

团队拥有连续激光、高频脉冲激光、点环激光、激光电弧复合、搅拌摩擦焊、电阻点焊、CMT焊以及高速摄像、红外测温等装备,可实现各类先进钢铁材料焊接以及机理分析。

主持国家重点研发计划课题、 3项国家自然科学基金,与小米、育材堂等多家汽车行业公司开展合作研究。在Welding Journal,Corrosion Science,Materials Design,JMP,JMST,JMPT,MSEA,JAC等期刊发表学术论文 70余篇,授权专利10余项。
